The food in a market in Tenochtitlan!

Today was awesome I woke up to day 16 of my
journey in the Aztecs for sad I only have a week left so I tried to
make today worth it, outside my hotel is a massive i mean biggest market
I've ever seen before I've been dyeing to go but hadn't had enough time but
today is the day today I go to the famous market named Tlatelolco the
market is the most important thing in Aztec economy foods and goods were sold
there. The market was a good place to make a trade and an amazing place to
socialize. What was amazing to see was everything that they sold even the
food! The garden produce was so incredible it was so fresh clean coloring wow I’m running out of things to say I was so impressed and the best part, the
meats. Such a wide range of meats, they locked so juicy tender and again
amazing only 20 minutes in and I'm going crazy for this place in the market you would see people trading
avocado, beans, tobacco, squash, hemp, corn, and even rabbits or chickens for the things they need/want which is pretty smart if you
don't have any money compared to New Zealand everything is so different I
wonder what it would be like if you could trade crops or animals for food and
objects/items everyone would be so much richer than spending $20 for food and a
drink the markets these days have a lot less to offer and less clean and fresh
all the items are you don't have the opportunity to socialize because it’s like
a grocery run. Wow just like that the day is over I cant believe that today was a great experience I don't think I will ever experience this again and just wow I'm In so much shock!
